Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful and challenging sport that combines elements of gymnastics with many styles of dance. It incorporates the use of five hand held apparatus: Rope, Ball, Hoop, Ribbon, and Clubs, with various movements to music.

The Sapphires Rhythmic Gymnastics Club has been offering recreational and competitive programs in north, west and central Winnipeg since 1992. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. Our mandate is to provide quality rhythmic gymnastics programs encouraging participation, physical fitness and friendships.
Our introductory or recreational programs are available for all children ages 4 and up and are offered in 10-week sessions. Competitive programs are available by invitation only to children ages 6 and up and run from September to June each year.
The Sapphires Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is the ideal place to watch your child grow. They will develop self confidence, and a passion for a healthy, active lifestyle!
